Sure Spares supplies appliance spare parts and accessories, including parts for washing machines, dryers, dishwashers, ovens, hobs, fridges, vacuum cleaners, coffee machines and other household appliances.

It is the customer’s responsibility to check that a part is suitable before ordering. If you are unsure, please contact us with your appliance model number before purchasing and our team will do its best to help check compatibility.
4. Compatibility Checks
Many appliance parts look similar but may not fit every model.
Sure Spares may offer compatibility support where possible. If you provide your appliance model number, we may help check whether a part appears suitable for your appliance.
Compatibility advice is provided in good faith based on the information available to us. We cannot guarantee compatibility if the model number provided is incorrect, incomplete, missing, or if the appliance has been modified or has manufacturer variations.
To reduce the risk of ordering the wrong part, we strongly recommend sending us your appliance model number before ordering if you are unsure.
5. Orders
When you place an order on our website, you are making an offer to purchase the selected products.
Your order is only accepted once we confirm it and process it. We reserve the right to refuse, cancel or refund an order where necessary, including where:
- A product is unavailable
- A price or product detail is incorrect
- Payment cannot be processed
- Delivery information is incomplete or incorrect
- We suspect fraud or misuse
- The order cannot be fulfilled for another valid reason
If we cancel an order after payment has been taken, we will refund the amount paid using the original payment method where possible.
6. Prices and VAT
Prices are displayed in euros (€).
Where applicable, prices may include VAT unless otherwise stated. The total price, including applicable taxes and charges, will be shown at checkout before you complete your purchase.
We reserve the right to change prices at any time, but changes will not affect orders that have already been accepted.

Payment must be completed at checkout before an order can be processed.

Payments are processed securely through Shopify and/or third-party payment providers. We do not directly store full payment card details.
8. Delivery
We aim to dispatch orders quickly and safely across Ireland.
Orders placed before 5pm are usually dispatched the same day where the item is in stock and payment has been completed successfully.
Orders placed after 5pm, during weekends or on public holidays will usually be processed on the next working day.
Delivery times may vary depending on your location, stock availability, courier services, weather, public holidays or circumstances outside our control.
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete delivery details.

9. Returns and Refunds
If you need to return an item, please contact us before sending anything back.
Returned items must normally be unused, unfitted, in the same condition as received and, where possible, in the original packaging.
Some items may not be eligible for return for hygiene, safety, product-specific or legal reasons. Items that have been fitted, installed, used, damaged, altered or returned incomplete may be refused or may only qualify for a partial refund.
For online purchases, consumers may have a legal right to cancel within 14 days of receiving goods, subject to certain exceptions. This does not affect your statutory rights if a product is faulty or not as described.

10. Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you believe your item is faulty, damaged on delivery or incorrectly supplied, please contact us as soon as possible.
Please provide:

- A description of the issue
- Photos or videos where relevant
- Your appliance model number if compatibility is involved
If the issue is due to an error on our side, we will take responsibility and advise you on the next steps.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions affects your statutory consumer rights.
