The sump hose connects the bottom of the washing machine tub to the drain pump, allowing used water to flow out of the appliance during the drain cycle. Over time, the hose may become blocked with lint, coins, hair clips or other small objects, or its rubber construction may split, crack or become loose. This can cause water leaks, poor drainage and water remaining inside the drum. This replacement sump hose restores a secure connection and efficient water flow between the tub and drain pump.
This hose measures approximately 16 cm in length, with a connection measuring approximately 34 mm internally and 38 mm externally. It also features a non-return ball valve, helping prevent water and detergent from flowing back into the drum.
